The Cup games will be played next week.<\/p>\n<h2>2026 CSSL Special General Meeting \u2013 Delegates<\/h2>\n<p>The 2026 CSSL Special General Meeting for Delegates is to be held on Monday, 23 February 2026, 7.30 pm. The venue is The Elmwood, 1 Normans Rd. 2026 season information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Season start is 12 April 2026.<\/li>\n<li>The League Calendar will be discussed and confirmed.<\/li>\n<li>Team registration details required using the Excel spreadsheet available on the League website.<\/li>\n<li>Team cards will be available at the meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Clubs need to confirm their delegates and each team organisers contact details (email address especially important).<\/li>\n<li>Clubs also need to consider their ground preferences for the season.<\/li>\n<li>For existing clubs, 10% of the team entry fee needs to be paid by this meeting ($95.00 per team entered). As well any monies owing from previous years needs to be settled by this meeting.<\/li>\n<li>For new clubs a deposit of $500.00 is required to register your clubs intent (this is due at the meeting and is a deposit against the full team fees).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those existing clubs not represented by a delegate at the SGM shall be fined:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$100.00 as per the League Rules.<\/li>\n<li>No exceptions will be allowed as per previous rulings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2026 Season<\/h2>\n<p>The 2026 will be kicking off in early April 2026. The SGM Delegates meeting will be convened in mid to late February. Scan or take a photo of the team card and email the image to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:admin@canterburysundaysoccer.co.nz\">admin@canterburysundaysoccer.co.nz<\/a>. Failure to correctly fill in the team cards, TXT results or post\/email team cards in will result in fines. The team card can be posted in by the Wednesday following the game but you will need to add a postage stamp.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaints and Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>All correspondence regarding complaints, disputes and appeals are to be sent to the CSSL Administrator (email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:admin@canterburysundaysoccer.co.nz\">admin@canterburysundaysoccer.co.nz<\/a>) on the Complaint and Dispute Form which is available on the CSSL website under <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/canterburysundaysoccer.co.nz\/wordpress\/?page_id=206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rules and Forms<\/a><\/span> (PDF and Word available), or by clear details in an email. Any further information required will be collated by the Administrator for consideration at a Committee meeting. Any Committee decision on such matters will be communicated to the respective clubs by the Administrator.<\/p>\n<h2>Keep it [+]<\/h2>\n<p>Mainland Football and the CSSL would like to present you the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mainlandfootball.co.nz\/clubs-overview\/keep-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Keep it Positive<\/span><\/a> campaign.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We all love the game of football. Players, coaches, parents, spectators and officials all want and deserve a positive experience each time they take the field. Sadly Mainland Football currently deal with far too many misconduct reports, incident reports and general complaints. To ensure football maintains a high level of integrity we must ensure that everyone involved plays their part.
